You're just 10 minutes from Boombah Sports Complex, Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB), and Historic Downtown Sanford, with its riverfront dining, breweries, and shops. Easy access to the 417 puts all of Orlando's theme parks and attractions within a short drive.
Inside, three bedrooms each feature a queen bed dressed in quality linens for a restful night after a long day. The master bedroom has a private en-suite bath; the other two bedrooms share a second full bath. The open kitchen and dining area give everyone space to gather, and self-check-in via keypad means you can arrive on your own schedule even after a late night at the fields.
Step outside to your own screened-in patio and outdoor oasis. Fire up the charcoal grill, gather around the fire pit, and unwind in the Florida evening air bug-free and relaxed. It's the after-game cookout spot and a favorite way to end the day.
Traveling with your dog? They're welcome here: 1 dog with a $150 pet fee (additional pets by prior approval). We just ask that pets stay off the furniture and beds.

A good stay overall. The location was very convenient, and I especially liked having a park within walking distance. Check-in was easy, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay.One thing to note is that the yard is only partially fenced and the outdoor lighting doesn’t extend very far, so having a flashlight at night would be helpful if you bring a dog. I did have some issues with the bedroom lighting; although the host responded quickly and tried to resolve it, I still had some difficulties, likely due to the remotes.A few small improvements could make the stay even better, such as additional counter space in the master bathroom and providing storage containers for leftovers when cooking. Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay with a responsive host, and i would consider staying again.

This was perfect for our stay during a large baseball tournament. Close to stores and the fields and easy to get to Disney and beaches as well! Very responsive host. Would stay again!!
