Only a 10 minute walk to great restaurants, breweries, and cute shops, and about 15 minute stroll to the waterfront. It's a 15 minute drive to Boombah Sports Complex.
Welcome to this brand-new 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, thoughtfully designed with high ceilings and an airy, open layout. A delightful 50s retro theme runs throughout, creating a cozy yet unique ambiance.

A major concern was the surrounding area in which property is located- this is a neighborhood that appears to be in early stages of revitalizing.

This was the most adorable home we have ever stayed in. We loved the retro vibe and old record player with vintage albums was a hit! The home was immaculate and the neighborhood very quiet. It is walking distance to downtown Sanford which is great as parking can be hard there. Our host, Michelle, was an awesome communicator and responded to our questions almost immediately. That was greatly appreciated. We look forward to coming back for another visit.

The location was perfect for what we needed. The home was clean, roomy & the back patio was a nice place to enjoy morning coffee. Having access to the garage so we could park our motorcycles was a big PLUS & the fact that it was empty & not cluttered with storage was Gr8!! This rental has an awesome retro vibe & we enjoyed listening to the LP’s on the Victrola.Would definately recommend staying here for the vibe, location & space if you want to explore the Orlando area or even the 2 coasts because it’s not a long ride in either direction. Our Host, Michelle, was a dream to work with. She was Johnny-on-the-spot with all the check-in/check-out info & checked in on us to make sure everything was going smooth. Thx, Michelle, for helping make out Daytona Bike Week another awesome adventure!! Malvine

This place is so cute! Such a fun vibe, brightly decorated and clean. Host was very responsive and great to deal with. Walking distance to all the fun in Sanford center. Master bed and bath were great. Can’t say enough good things and would definitely book again if we’re in the area.
