About this house rental
Our lovely home overlooks Lake Ada in Sanford, Florida. This lake is a hidden gem just 10 minutes drive to Sanford International Airport SFB. Cozy and comfortable setting, in the midst of all that Sanford has to offer.
This comfortable home updated laminate floors, a large master suite with private bathroom. This is a split bedroom plan with the master on the opposite side of the home as the other bedrooms for added privacy. There are two full bathrooms and a nice screened porch overlooking the lake.
There are two flat screen smart TV's in the home. One in the family room and one in the master bedroom. We have many local channels available via antenna along with Netflix and many other viewing options available through the smart TV. You are also welcome to watch movies that we keep on site.

We were looking to sit by a beautiful lake and sip coffee in peace. We found it! The house is perfect for a couple or family with kids. We enjoyed sitting on the screened porch in the evening with a beverage. You can hear I4 from the back porch, but you cannot from the dining table that allows a direct view of the lake through a sliding glass door. So this was perfect also! The beds were super comfortable and so was the large, cushy couch we relaxed on watching movies during the summer rain storms. It was awesome!

My family & I enjoyed the cleanliness of the house & rooms. I want to thank Jay for quickly responding to my questions before & even after we arrived. We have been visiting family that live in the area for a couple of years now. Alderwood Lake House is the only place that truly felt like home away from home. God Bless ur family, Jay. I will B scheduling our next visit to the area at Alderwood Lake House.

Home was very clean. Only 4 coffee cups for 6 adults. Missing wash cloths in Master Bath, found then in the hallway linen closet. Had to buy extra toilet paper. Beds were very comfortable.Host was very good in communication. But our guests, including myself felt we were always being watched while outside since he was a few houses down. We are in our late 60's and all have stayed in Vrbo's before. We cleaned and followed the departing instructions as instructed.
