Guests enjoy complete privacy but can reach our Beach Break team 24/7 by phone or message for anything needed—recommendations, maintenance, or emergencies. We’re local and happy to help make your stay smooth and relaxing.
Located in the heart of Rockaway Beach, Coho Cottage is just 2 blocks from miles of sandy shoreline and steps from shops, cafés, and the town park. Walk to local favorites like Offshore Grill, Beach Bakeshop, and the famous Tillamook Creamery just a short drive away. Enjoy crabbing, fishing, beachcombing, or simply soaking up small-town coastal charm.
Guests have full access to the entire cottage, deck, grill, and fish-cleaning station. The fenced gravel area is perfect for dogs or storing beach gear. Parking is available directly in front of the home on the grassy pad (fits 1–2 vehicles). Laundry, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and kitchen are all available for guest use.

Great place to get out on the beach and also enjoy hiking trails. It is convenient to restaurants and shops. The neighborhood is very quiet and there is a beautiful park one block away. Perfect for a couple or a small family.

This was such a a cute little cottage. It was so cozy and relaxing. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach which was great! It had everything you would need, so if you forget anything it's there! Very clean. I have nothing bad to say at all. We will definitely vacation through Beach Break again!
