3BR Retreat 8 Blocks to Beach Jacuzzi Tub

Location, kitchen size and lots of sleeping space.

The fireplace didn’t work, the living room tv was small and house wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped. Dirty floors and multiple object found behind and under furniture.

Outside covered seating is nice. Working outside grill was nice as well. extra folding chairs came in handy wgile enjoying fire pit(but our friends rental came with fire wood we had to go buy ours), well stocked kitchen with supplies. Great water pressure and hot hot water. Lots of reading material amd movies(love the Goonies its a oregon classic! Film right up in Astoria). Located close to town.

Couldnt take dog fee off cleaning charge, then found house not to be that clean(dried poop under toilet seat rim, dog hair on furniture, floors, etc... spider webs in shower. Ran out of T.P., only found 2 wash clothes in whole house. Couldnt find garbage bags and had to but more as well. No propane for grill and no where to fill locally(fyi you have a gas hookup on your porch you could easily have an outdoor grill hooked up. Last its not 4 bedrooms as 4th area is not a room.that is a loft, 4th bed (futon) doesnt even have a futon frame, just a futon matress on the floor.
