Fischerort Ditzum - Hof Homfeld, Wohnung 3

The stately Gulfhof estate “Hof Homfeld – van der Wall” was built in the early 18th century. In 1999, the house—which is no longer used for farming—was lovingly restored. In 2000, it received an award from the Lower Saxony Savings Bank Foundation for Historic Preservation. There are two apartments on the first floor and two duplex apartments on the first and second floors. Apartment 3 is located on the top floor and is not suitable for guests with limited mobility (see photo of the staircase).

You’ll stay in a stylishly furnished apartment with plenty of charm and modern amenities. A large garden spanning over 1,000 square meters with four seating areas—which you’ll share with guests from three other vacation apartments—invites you to linger. You can enjoy the atmosphere in this magnificent historic house year-round. The property is located at the southern end of the fishing village of Ditzum, about a 3-minute walk from the harbor.

A minimum stay of 3 nights applies to this apartment, or 7 nights during peak season.

The following applies to the vacation apartment: parking space for cars and bicycles; use of the garden with various terraces; electricity, water, heating, bed linens, towels, and final cleaning included. Non-smoking vacation apartments.
