Our renovated house offers 120 square meters of living space, including a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove and a large dining room with a comfortable recamier. The hallway leads to the fully equipped new kitchen-dining area with a cozy seating area. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The first floor also features an accessible shower room with a washing machine. A small staircase leads to the upper floor, which features rustic hardwood floors and three bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed, and one is furnished with two single beds. The second bathroom on the upper floor is equipped with a bathtub and a shower.

On the secluded terrace, you can enjoy the evening with a glass of wine or beer while soaking up the last rays of sunshine. There is a private parking space next to the house for your car. Three additional public parking spaces are located just 50 meters from the house. The house is located at the end of a narrow street in a quiet cul-de-sac.
