Located right in the heart of Ditzum, directly on the Siel harbor, you’ll find our vacation rental, Siel 40 Ditzum.
The fishing village of Ditzum is the most beautiful Siel harbor town on the German North Sea coast. Your accommodations are located in a historic, listed fisherman’s house dating back to 1840. A few years ago, the house was carefully renovated and partially refurnished during the winter of 2024–2025.
Spanning approximately 90 square meters over two floors with a direct view of the Siel harbor, this is the perfect place to unwind from everyday life.
Siel 40 Ditzum is also an ideal starting point for excursions to Emden, Leer, Papenburg, or Groningen in the Netherlands—and, of course, to explore everything the Dollart has to offer.
In the evening, various restaurants are just a short walk away.

Siel 40 Vacation Rental:
A lovingly furnished vacation rental spread over two floors. On the first floor, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom with a box-spring bed (2.00 m x 1.80 m). Upstairs, you can enjoy the view of the Siel harbor from the living/dining room. A sofa bed (2.00 m x 1.40 m) is available here for two additional guests.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
