Our Host, Alonso, was great! He met us at the unit at the time of check-in. Gave us a complete run down on the condo, and the entire resort. He followed up several times during our stay to make sure we were completely satisfied. He also arranged round trip ground transporation to/from the airport. The condo was incredible with "million dollar" views. We've stayed at the Hacienda before, and this was by far the best two bedroom unit.

Host was amazing, very responsive, easy check in, easy check out. This place was beautiful too, we will be back to book this stay again. I highly recommend it!!
