This two-story home offers three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, with warm, light-filled spaces and modern coastal decor throughout. Whether you're relaxing after a day of adventure or starting the morning with a quiet cup of coffee, you’ll feel right at home.
Main Level:
The open-concept living room and kitchen make gathering easy, with plenty of comfortable seating and natural light pouring in. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, modern appliances, and a Keurig—everything you need to prepare meals or snacks between activities.
Bedrooms:
✔ Primary Bedroom: King bed with private ensuite bathroom
✔ Second Bedroom: Full-over-full bunk bed—great for kids or extra guests
✔ Third Bedroom: Queen bed and a twin bed, with beach-inspired accents
✔ Second full bathroom on the upper level, plus a half bath on the main level
Outdoor Living:
The private patio space provides a great spot to unwind—whether you’re sipping wine in the evening or enjoying a sunny midday break. Navvy Town’s charming streetscape makes the perfect backdrop for a walk or bike ride.

The house was clean and just as the photos showed. It is a nice location with view of the harbor. Just across the road from the on-site pool & restaurant. One note: I was glad that I read reviews in advance that mentioned that the only coffee maker was a Keurig (and one lone K-cup??) so I had brought a coffee maker with and was so glad I did! This is one thing the owner could do to improve. Who doesn’t want decent coffee on vacation?

Enjoyed the view & live music Friday night, Ryan Wotherspoon. Unfortunately, no live music Saturday as advertised. Space served our party of six well. Additional linens such as blanket/blankets, hand towels, wash clothes & dish towels were overlooked. Thank you we would visit the region & stay at this location again.

We came to the area to visit family for our family Christmas! This beautiful home gave us plenty of extra space to spread out and be comfortable. The beds were all very comfortable and the place was immaculately clean! The Christmas lights and decorations were an added plus!
