This gorgeous house features high ceilings and smart ceiling fans with light and remote control in all bedrooms, large windows with a view, bubble crystal pendant lights over the island, and our stunning complete renovated kitchen with all Stainless-Steel appliances .All bedrooms come with Large smart TV in the living room and all four bedrooms with built-in Netflix and Hulu.

1st Floor:
Walking into the house you will find the living room area with glass sophisticated painting on the walls, with a comfy sofa with 85’ Class LED 4k series smart TV, in a open space, the speakers system and the kitchen. Fully equipment kitchen. Its comes with Coffee Maker, toaster, multi rice cooker, and a blender. Kitchen pots and utensils. All-purpose First AID kit is on top of the kitchen cabinets.Washer and dryer on the first floor.
. Then a full bathroom shower pan, and then the first-floor bedroom, with queen size bed, with white closet and 55’ class 4K smart TV.
2nd Floor:
A short trip upstairs through all black modern stairs firsthand will find the second bedroom with white closet and 55’ class 4K smart TV and full-size bed with drawers and charging station,2USB Port & 2 power outlet.
Next door you will find a 2nd full bathroom, with tub shower.
Then at the end of the hallway comes the presidential suite with a king size bed with drawers and charging station,2USB Port & 2 power outlet, high ceiling fan, LED lights, white closet, 75’ class 4k smart TV, with breathtaking view of the Arch and city downtown. With exclusive presidential master bathroom, with double white vanities and shower.
3rd floor
The cozy third-floor hideaway bedroom is perfect for kids and teens,favorite for our younger guests, with access via a charming but steep, narrow staircase, it may be challenging for elderly people.
TV 50’ class 4K smart Roku TV, with two full-size beds with drawers and charging station. With the amazing view of the arch and the city.

All mattresses and pillows have waterproof covers.

This St. Louis property was great for my group who came into town for a convention at the Union Station. It's close to the station and to many amenities. Our host kept the place clean and in great shape, though the sofa didn't have all of the sections as it did in the photo and the steps to the upper level with the two beds were a bit narrow for my group, which is why I give it a 4 instead of a 5. However, everything was very comfortable, clean, and we had everything we needed. The host was also great at communication and quick with responses. The area around the house is not ideal, but it wasn't unsafe nor did we have any issues with security. We did not feel unsafe during our stay at all. I wish we would've had time to enjoy the back yard, we did enjoy the karaoke machine, however, which was a bonus. I would stay there again without any hesitation.

Don’t be deterred by the vacant buildings. This property is in the city and it is beautiful! Very clean and accommodating. The only thing I would say is that the stairs up and down are a bit steep in case someone in your party can’t do stairs but there is one queen bed on the main floor. Very close to all you want to explore in St. Louis. My family and I would definitely stay here again.
