The property was clean, and was a nice location, a very great price, and fit my whole big family in one location!
It could use some work (loose hand rail on the stairs, a nice fresh coat of paint, etc), the beds aren’t comfortable (but that could vary well be because of physical issues, as the kids said their beds were comfortable! but over all it was a great experience!

Convenient to where we were working. Quiet neighborhood
Whoever was above us had a small child that would run all night, it would make the ceiling light fixture rattle. Wish there would have been more parking designated to the apartment.

The property was in a good location. The space was nice for the price.
The mail slot is too high and a person's arm can fit through and unlock the door. We tested it. We messaged the owner, and they said to send them a photo. When we did, we never heard back from them.
