The beautifully renovated 4 bedroom 2 bath home accommodating families, business travelers as well as vacationers. The homes has 2 separate living-rooms, so you can enjoy privacy and relaxing on each level. The neighborhood is safe and it is an excellent location to explore all that St Louis has to offer. It is 10 min drive to Downtown, the Arch, Busch Stadium and the Ball Park Village. A short drive to a Missouri Botanical garden, the St Louis Zoo and all of the exhibits in Forest Park. If you love frozen Custard, the famous Ted Drewes is just a few minutes drive away in St Louis Hills.

The Home is 1038 sq.ft upstairs, and total finished space with basement is 1800 sq ft. The homes has 2 separate living-rooms, so you can enjoy privacy and relaxing on each level. It has 3 bedroom and 1 bath on the main level. The basement has the 2nd living-room, an additional bedroom and a full bath. On both levels, the living rooms are spacious with comfy couches and they are equipped with 55” and 40” flatscreen TVs. You can watch Netflix and 80 basic channels on both TV’s. The Lower level’s living-room has a openable queen size sofa couch comfortably sleeps 2 person. All 4 bedrooms have queen size beds with memory foam mattress ranging from firm to plush, so you can pick which firmness you prefer:). Taking family to visit family in St. Louis and attend a baseball game. The house was wonderful. All family members love it and the stay was very comforting. Access to events was very simple. Highly recommended.

It was a nice house but the living room furniture was extremely uncomfortable. The beds were very hard also. I think if the owner upgraded the couches, chairs and beds, it would be perfect. We are coming again in June but I won't stay here because it was so uncomfortable.
