Walkable, bicycle-friendly, and close to downtown. It is home to several parks, including Soulard Park and Frenchtown Dog Park. Attractions include the Anheuser-Busch Biergarten, the Budweiser Brewery Experience, and the Mad Art Gallery. I-65 extends along the west side of Soulard for easy access to downtown, located about one mile north.
Getting Around:
There are numerous excellent public transportation options. Laclede Cab is St. Louis' most well-known cab company, but we also have UBER and LYFT.
Other Things to Note:
For NON-AIRBNB BOOKING PLATFORMS: We are requiring a $500 security deposit and a signed credit card authorization form.

Overall, our stay was well worth the money. The property is very safe, and in a good spot for driving, which is fine as we didn't find the city very walkable at all. The bed is very comfortable, and the pool is quite nice. We had a slight issue at check in. This was entirely because we were not familiar with the Latch app. We did check in after hours, so the day staff might be a bit better versed. We got it all worked out, but it was rather frustrating at first. Also, aside from the bed, the rest of the furniture is strictly for looks. The sofa and chairs are extremely uncomfortable, which is the whole reason for going down to 4 stars.

Perfect apartment that is charming and relaxing. The building has a great atmosphere with a hidden gem in the lobby, the Soulard Cafe which has amazing food! This will become my go to place for future stays in St Louis.

This is a one bedroom apartment in downtown St Louis. There is private parking available off street. The concierge was great when I finally got ahold of them on site but since they are not the owners of the VRBO the check in process is a little cumbersome. The unit itself was immaculate, everything was provided that I could need except for a toaster. There is a lovely waterfall shower. The host was very responsive. Minutes from Cardinals Stadium.
