Welcome to your cozy St. Louis retreat: a bright, comfortable 1‑bedroom apartment designed to make your stay feel effortless and inviting. Whether you're here to explore the city or settle in for a quiet getaway, this space offers the essentials you need to feel right at home.
You’ll enjoy AC, heating, WiFi, and the convenience of an in‑unit washing machine. The apartment comfortably sleeps two, and an air mattress can be provided upon request for groups of up to four. Please note that the couch is not a pull‑out.
The bedroom is currently undergoing renovations, and a secure plywood partition safely blocks off a future upper bedroom. It has no outside access and is regularly inspected to ensure guest safety and comfort.
This unit is located on the second floor, accessible only by stairs. Guests with mobility considerations may want to keep this in mind when booking.
While there is no private parking onsite, you’ll find free street parking directly in front of the building, along with nearby paid parking lots if you prefer a more secure option.

Very welcoming with a helpful info booklet. They really did a lot with a small space. Washer and dryer is a massive plus! 5/5 stars, perfect stay! Host was communicative and kind as well!

The unit was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the fact that they had soaps and towels ready for us with a stocked washer/dryer in the unit. It was a very comfortable stay!
