Summary:
Tower Grove Three is a gorgeous flat in the heart of Tower Grove East. Why stay somewhere else and fight traffic-just walk! The eclectic restaurants and bars on Grand Ave and Tower Grove Park are just down the street. Our flat is tastefully appointed, and features gorgeous hardwood floors and a full kitchen. There's a bedroom with a super-comfortable queen size bed, and our living room magically transforms into a private 2nd bedroom when you open the sofa-sleeper and close the french doors!

Set up the bed, close the french doors, and you have your own private second bedroom - you'll even have your own entrance! The living room is also equipped with a 50" flat screen Roku Smart TV with complimentary Netflix.

The full kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen comes chef-ready, with pots and pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, and basic condiments like salt, pepper, and oil provided free of charge. We require all guests to agree to our rental policy, to pay any associated fines in the event of violation of these policies, and to take responsibility for any damaged or missing items. We require a credit card for incidentals, and reserve the right to place an authorization hold in the amount of $295, which will be released in full upon inspection of the property, provided that our policies were adhered to and there were no damages. We also reserve the right to perform guest identity verification and screening after booking. When you check out, you'll have the opportunity to review and accept our rental policy, which may be referred to as 'Booking Terms', 'Rental Agreement', 'Rental Policy', or by another name depending on channel you book through. Please familiarize yourself with our policy prior to booking.

Pros: It's a cute, bright, roomy apartment well equipped with a washer/dryer and large screen TV. The living room was big enough to build a huge Hot Wheels skatepark. The neighborhood is nice, and conveniently located for my daughter, who lives off Tower Grove Park. The yard behind the building was handy for my dog, although if you have an escape artist, it is not fully enclosed.Cons: The host does not answer calls after 9:00 p.m. Knowing that, I checked in early to get the codes and let him know I expected to arrive after 9 pm. The codes did not work. I could not reach the host and neither could VRBO customer service. He's a nice guy, but I sat in my car for hours trying to reach him without luck, and did not get in that night. Also, a few days after I arrived, workers came into my unit without notice to fix the washer dryer - I didn't know it was broken. I was not home when they walked in but they left the place filthy. Thinking they must have broken for lunch and would come back and clean it all up, I was unable to shower or change clothes, and had to leave the house for the rest of the day. Then the dishwasher leaked everywhere and I could not use it. That happened in the first week sometime and it did not get fixed the entire time I was there. The place is older and stuff is going to happen. Overall, it's a cute place and good locale, but the host is going to have to work out smoother maintenance etc.

Close to all the Saint Louis City attractions. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Good size space for a couple and their pup.

Pros:The place itself is renovated with all the necessary amenities: coffee and coffee maker, soaps, shampoos, conditioners, body wash, towels, linens, coffee cups, plates, glasses. Every thing was clean. Process of getting in and out was easy. TV as easy to use and sign into my Netflix/YouTubeTV accounts (Roku). Cons:Upstairs was VERY noisy. There was a barking dog and people sounded like they were running back and forth playing with the dog, stomping, loud yelling voices. The floor seemed like it almost wasn't there - I could hear every little thing through the ceiling. There are white blinds but not drapes, so the light comes in from the street in the bedroom. There is also a window with no blinds right behind the TV, so there's a crazy amount of glare, but I managed to tilt it to the side pretty easily.The street itself is also pretty noisy and is right outside the bedroom. With earplugs and a white noise machine, I managed to sleep through the night, but I was worried I wouldn't be able to.Overall a decent place to stay for the one night I needed it, but not ideal.
