Summary:
Cozy and spacious condo unit in a newly built property located near St. Louis downtown.

All of our units are pet-friendly. We do request a $100 pet cleaning fee deposit of which $50 is refundable upon checkout. If you have more than 1 pet, please inquire.

Amenity access will only be provided once you paid the deposit.

The Space:

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the whole space. Access will be sent through the Latch app. Please download it. Furthermore, other building amenities need a deposit to be able to access and this is refundable upon checkout.

The Neighborhood:
Walkable, bicycle-friendly, and close to downtown. It is home to several parks, including Soulard Park and Frenchtown Dog Park. Attractions include the Anheuser-Busch Biergarten, the Budweiser Brewery Experience, and the Mad Art Gallery. I-65 extends along the west side of Soulard for easy access to downtown, located about one mile north.

Getting Around:
There are numerous excellent public transportation options. Laclede Cab is St. Louis' most well-known cab company, but we also have UBER and LYFT.

Other Things to Note:
For NON-AIRBNB BOOKING PLATFORMS: We are requiring a $500 security deposit and a signed credit card authorization form.

I will start by saying the check in process was horrible, it took 45 min. The guy at the front desk who does not work for VBRO or it's affiliates, but was completely useless and wouldn't do anything to help our check in. The owner of the unit uses a 3rd party service to handle check-in and their communication needs a lot of work. The rental unit itself couldn't be nicer. Once we were given the door codes to get into the building, we were very pleasantly surprised at how new and clean the building and the rental was. This is a new multi-unit complex with a lot of amenities, (pool,basketball court,bowling alley) and it would have been nice to have access to them while we there. It is located in an area where there is plenty of entertainment and shopping. Special note we are in our late 50's and there are a lot of younger people who live in this complex, which really did not faze us, it was just worth nothing. The attached secure parking garage was also a welcome surprise. The unit is very modern with the latest features. It would have been nice to have more than 1 bath towel each for a weekend stay, although the unit did have a new washer/dryer unit. For the cost, we would stay again, hoping the owner gets the check in process worked out.
