About this house rental
LA POSERIE is a recently renovated hamlet house. It offers you an exceptional view of the Suisse Normande, its neat and elegant interior is ideal for your stays with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen area will delight the chef, the cocooning living room with a wood stove for moments of relaxation, evenings. For nature lovers, in the surroundings, outdoor activities, close to the greenway, Aqua Sud swimming pool, Clécy 9km and 45 mm from the D-Day landing beaches.
The accommodation
Large living room with its lounge area and its wood stove which will bring you warmth and comfort (wood provided free of charge). A very bright dining room with its panoramic view of the valley. A fully equipped kitchen, cooking piano, ... ideal for preparing snacks or good dishes (raclette set, waffle irons, etc...).
On the first floor. bedroom with bed 160x200 + bathroom, WC.
Upstairs, two bedrooms each equipped with a 160x200 bed, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 + 1 bed 90x190, 1 landing/mezzanine bed 140x190, 1 bathroom, WC.
Particularly suitable for families and friends, the cottage is ideally located a few minutes from the activities of the Suisse Normande (canoeing, kayaking, pedal boats, zip line, climbing)
Outside you will share your convivial meals on the large garden table with a beautiful unobstructed view of the Suisse Normande. A barbecue is at your disposal.
In the basement a Table football, a Jumbo Cockade Terminal, a Billiards, Ping pong, Air hockey.
A laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a drying rack.
Everything has been thought out so that you don't miss anything.
You have the possibility to rent linen for the beds (bed made, 12 euros per bed).
Weekend rental hours: arrival from 12:00 to 17:00 day of departure possible outside school holiday periods.
Weekly rental hours: arrival from 17:00 and departure before 10:00.
