The solarium, set up during the summer, is about 500 metres away; the Duomo and the Marina are a 5-minute walk away. 
The area is well served with supermarkets, tobacconists, pubs, restaurants and pizzerias. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen.
Possibility of late check-out by 12:00 noon upon request and subject to availability at a cost of € 20. 
Near the apartment, there is a parking that can be paid for directly on site.
