The location and view were amazing. I've never stayed above the 9th floor at the beach, but 16th still felt close and offered a priceless view. Had what we needed for a nice relaxing stay. Close to many shops and dining, even some onsite. Didn't have to venture far for a fun date away from the condo, but honetstly we spent most of trip on the beach. It was nice having covered parking, as we did have some storms/rain during our trip.

The room was very decent! Our only real complaints are that (1) there’s no curtains in the bedroom. That was awful for sleepers like us that need pitch black darkness to sleep. The lights from outside in the hall/walkway were super bright and made it very hard to sleep. I’m shocked more people haven’t complained about this. (2) It would’ve been awesome to have a broom in the unit to keep the floors as sand free as possible. Otherwise, decent stay!

only two rolls of toilet paper and dirty panties found behind the bed along with broken off fingernails and dust bunnies and roach legs stuck to plug outlets (i took pictures). bed couch was awful. thankfully we didn’t stay in the room often - also note there are NO entry ways if you have wagon. you have to walk in front of building all the way down the building if you have a wagon but there is nothing but stairs to the beach. says no smoking but there was ash and burn spots all over the balcony so i would assume it’s actually okay to smoke. the owners spent $500 on a bidet but only $50 on cleaning ladies.
