My family and I had a great time in PCB and really enjoyed this condo. Southern was very communicative and friendly and the condo itself was very comfortable. Just what we wanted!

We had an amazing time and the property was everything we could ask for. The pools are great, especially the kiddie pool area!
The room (floors, bathrooms, beds) were clean upon arrival. No toilet paper was in the condo upon arrival.
The only downfall we had no pillow cases in the second bedroom, which was not taken care of after contacting management. The door hinge for the front door was falling off as well and maintenencedid not come by to correct. Luckily it did not keep the door from shutting or locking through our stay.
Overall, we had a great time unplugging from daily life and spending time together.

We liked the place…but getting to the room was a nightmare at times and getting to the car… the elevators were over worked and some of the times didn’t work at all! I probably will never stay there again because of the inconvenience
