Location is great! Many places nearby in walking distance. We had a 1st floor unit and walked right out to the beach and water and it was close! Pool was just a hop and skip down the sidewalk. It's small but efficient. Room is small but was clean and smelled great! Kitchen was equipped enough although we had to buy a baking pan as there wasn't much to cook IN or ON. 2 coffee makers, regular and a keurig type but I brought my own so didn't use them. Plenty of towels and washcloths. TV has all the streaming apps. I would stay in this exact unit again if there's no construction going on(see below)
We stayed in 112, ground floor. We were at the end of available units because after ours was ALL construction and it was noisy and busy with people!! Starts at 7:30-8 am and goes ALL day. Men (lots of them)were right outside our patio door working on scaffolding and climbing up and down so I didn't really sit out there because they were 2 feet from me. Also the scaffolding was fenced off but part of it was right in front of our patio so it was just uncomfortable out there. (See 1st pic- that is while on our patio)
Only 1 parking spot and when I called to ask for another if available, the answer is no. There is "extra" public parking you can pay by the day and we had to because our son came down for a couple of days to visit and stay with us. It was 27.00 a day for him to park. Asked for and extra hour to check out time because I think 9 am is a bit too early and was told it would cost 60.00 for the extra hour. Needless to say, we left by 9 am! Also be aware, the beds are full size, not queen but were pretty comfortable.

The room was right on the beach with a beautiful view. The bed was amazing and we wanted to keep snoozing! Conveniently placed and if you like to walk like we do we walked to dinner and Pier Park! The host was nice and very informative.
The lady at the front desk was super rude and had no idea how to help me enter the room when we first got their. Basically said she had no idea who I was or anything about our room. We couldn't find our room number on the booking app. So we did call and they did help us. The lady at the front desk also looked my husband up and down and acted like an intruder when we was walking around trying to find a bathroom since we just got their. She was rude and not welcoming.
I will say the sink had a hard time draining in the bathroom but other than that we enjoyed out stay!

Convenient to beach.
Both bed mattress and sofa bed mattress need replacing. Extremely uncomfortable and the sofa bed had wires poking from out of the mattress. The shower curtain in the bathroom definitely needs replacing to the mildew smell.
