Adero Canyon Sunset Dream is in Fountain Hills, less than 2 miles to the Adero Scottsdale Resort. This private neighborhood is surrounded by the Sonoran mountains in a serene desert setting. Stunning desert and mountain views, direct access to trail heads, close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. This is a national award-winning master community. The well-designed kitchen is equipped with a large center island with breakfast bar, plenty of counter and cabinet space, and ample dual pantries. The beautiful primary bedroom suite is highlighted by a huge walk-in closet and deluxe primary bath with dual-sink vanity, large soaking tub, luxe glass-enclosed shower with seat, and private water closet. Professionally designed interior and backyard landscape. Designer upgrades throughout including flooring, cabinetry, and countertops. Gourmet kitchen with oversized kitchen island and stainless steel Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. Expansive great room with fireplace and soaring 12' ceiling and center slide door that opens to oversized covered patio. Two spacious secondary bedrooms, one with private bath, other with Restoration Hardware adult bunk beds. Private patio and yard with canyon views, heated pool and spa, water fountain feature, turf, firepit, fireplace, outdoor TV to watch the game or have movie night, and built in BBQ. Patio has remote controlled shade that pulls down to create a screened in patio!
