The kitchen features warm-tone stained cabinets, gray quartz counter tops, a center island, and a full stainless-steel appliance package. A fresh coat of Interior paint. The flooring includes a rectangular ceramic tile that flows nicely throughout. Fireplace in the family room. The spacious backyard features an inground pool. Outdoor furniture includes 2 chaise loungers, 2 oversized chairs with ottomans and a large glass top square table. There is also an above-ground hot tub. There is a safety screen that can be placed around the pool if needed. *Early check in may be possible at an additional cost*
During the winter the pool is not constantly heated. The pool MAY be heated at an additional cost based on time of year. Pool temperatures are subject to outside temperatures and time exposure to direct sunlight. Winter-time temperatures vary often, and the pool can be maintained between 75 and 82 degrees if elected.
Prices to heat pool during your full stay (must pay for entire stay and not limit to select days). Pool also takes 48 hours to fully get up to temperature so we require you let us know if you would like it heated 48 hours before check in

The home worked really well for us. Very comfortable, enjoyed the hot tub after golf. Beds comfortable. Two suggestions - the grill had only two burners working and could use some cleaning/maintenance. The ovens also need cleaning. The top smoked too much to use when turned on, the bottom smoked also but was usable. Overall very happy with the stay.

We had eight dads from the Midwest head down to Fountain Hills for four days of golf. The house location was great. Easily played golf within 10-30 minute drive each day. House was well-situated for dinners and cards. Hot tub was nice too after a long day of golf. Owner was easy to contact and helpful. All around good experience.
