I am happy to share my home, this magical ocean paradise and the charming gated community of Las Gaviotas. From my home and terrace, enjoy sweeping views to the peaceful songs of the sea. Take a short two minute walk to stroll along the waterfront esplanade to the beach. The private sand beach will summon you to surf a perfect wave, laze in the sun or take a siesta under a palapa. Lounge, swim and soak overlooking the sea in the community pool and spa. Prepare your favorite meal in the fulling equip kitchen with outdoor barbeque. You and your family can relax knowing that you are safe and secure with our 24 hour community security.
