About this house rental
Looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay? Enjoy this spectacular 4100 Sq. Ft. open floor plan, which has been expanded to 5100 sq ft with the addition of a large third floor deck. This is an ocean view home, ideal for large groups or families. The four large bedrooms have ample room for groups up to 14. The house is located 10 miles south of Rosarito Beach, 1/4 mile north of Puerto Nuevo, which is known as the lobster village. Just 10 minutes from Baja Studios. Close to beaches, shopping, restaurants, golf and more. Wine country is 30 minutes away, in the nearby Guadalupe Valley. This comfortable 2 story house includes four bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms.
The deck/patio provides a spectacular view and sun bathing. Enjoy the outdoor fireplace and wood burning bar b que. The game room has a bar and the house has a pool table, ping pong table and foosball table. The master bedroom has a king pillow top bed, 2 rooms have queen and bunk beds, last room has queen and two twin beds. Plenty of room for the kids. Linens are provided and for your own comfort please bring towels.
Two current toll roads entering and leaving from Rosarito.
We are just a 10 minute drive north of the fabulous La Fonda
restaurant.

This house is very spacious, enough room to roam around freely, lots of activities to do inside the house. Beautiful ocean view.

The house is HUGE! My family of 12 fit perfectly here. Yes somethings maybe outdated but overall the house was great. We all had a great time at Puerto Nuevo which is just a few minutes away. I will definitely stay here. The communication with the host was top notch.

Huge home with lots is space to spread out. Three levels of home with a huge balcony with ocean view on the top level. Large kitchen with large dinning table. Plenty of kitchen essentials to cook and prepare meals. Furniture is a little older, but comfy. Master bed room is huge with a huge tub. The 3 other bedrooms are large with many beds. The beds were a little dated with some older linens, so I would suggest to bring your own sheets and pillows. If you go through many towels, maybe bring some extras too.
Lots of space for family or friends trip close to Puerto Nuevo (Lobster Village). About 20 minutes south of Rosarito. Lots of activities to enjoy in this area. Quiet, safe home in the hills with balcony views of the ocean and Puerto Nuevo. Plenty of parking inside gate and also in front of the home. Owner is nice and answered my many questions.

The Location is great! The views from the top deck are amazing. Good place to see a beautiful sunset and relax by the fireplace. The house is super spacious with space for many activities. Located near market and many restaurant options.. The neighborhood was very welcoming.
