Las Gaviotas is centrally located close to Rosarito, K38, Puerto Nuevo, La Fonda and Guadelupe Valley. Feel safe in this private gated community with on-site security. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home features a panoramic ocean view, vaulted wood-beam ceilings, a 55'' flat screen with Apple TV, updated kitchen, comfortable beds, and a modern touch of Mexican decor throughout.
You can access the entire house, parking spaces, the pool and hot-tub, tennis courts, shuffle board, small playground, and private sandy beach. Enjoy a stroll throughout the community's cobblestone streets and scenic boardwalk.

We had a fantastic stay at Matt and Ana’s place! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The ocean views from the deck were incredible—we loved watching the surfers with our morning coffee and evening drinks. The neighborhood felt super safe and peaceful, with friendly neighbors and great amenities like the private beach, pool, and hot tub. Communication with the hosts was fast and helpful. We’re already talking about coming back for another visit!

All was lovely and effortless at Matt and Anna’s place in Las Gaviotas. The views are beautiful from the open sliding door wall, bringing the sounds of the ocean into the living room. Space was clean and comfortable. The community has easy beach access to several surf breaks right out front and is a great jump-off point to head south into Valle de Guadalupe or north into Rosarito, or just stay put and enjoy the serene comfort of this home.

Our family of four had a magical stay at Matt and Annas Modern Casita! Beautiful home. Extremely clean. AMAZING OCEAN VIEWS. Peaceful atmosphere (felt very safe). Great HOA community with wonderful amenities (private beach, pool, tennis courts, playground, etc). Quiet neighbors. Excellent surf (with perfect views from their deck while drinking morning coffee and afternoon margaritas). Matt and Anna responded very quickly with our questions and were helpful hosts. We definetly are looking forward to future visits!
