I love the location of the property. The beds were comfortable. It was very clean and spacious. It was easy to get to the beach and to the downtown location to enjoy all the restaurants.
I don’t feel the property was priced for the low quality and missing items. The pillows were absolutely awful, but when I complained they were replaced. The outlets were all very loose so it was hard to charge our devices. We were not provided with beach chairs and then we asked for some and they were very inexpensive and did not recline. There was roof construction going on during most of our stay in the gym and pool were inaccessible for the first few days, even when the gym was accessible, the equipment was filthy. John did the very best he could to accommodate and was very pleasant and responsive. I was very frustrated to learn that the monthly rent for this unit was $3000 and yet I paid $11,000 for just three weeks. Definitely way overpriced and very very basic.

Proximity to friends we were visiting, who also lived in the complex, and proximity to downtown Delray
