We offer all basic necessities: blankets, towels, linens, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, ironing board, iron, detergent, fabric softener & all kitchen items
You'll walk right into our open space living room with the kitchen and dining room

Fully equipped with all cooking necessities. You'll have cutting boards, pots, pans, a tea kettle, knife set, a drip coffee maker, toaster, mixing bowls, pasta strainer, can opener and spices

Plenty of sleeping space for 8 people, but keep in mind that we have 3 bedrooms, so you have to decide who gets the comfy sleeper sofa from the living room
Guest access
You will check yourself in as we provide a keyless lock that will get you in the house fast & easy. We will send the code in the day of your arrival through VRBO messaging platform.
Private parking on premises that fits 4 cars. Parking is not allowed on the street or on the grass! Failure to comply will result in $250 fine.
Enjoy the whole house, the pool and the backyard which is nicely lit during the night. The yard bar and grill make the place come together nicely.
Other things to note
NO PARTIES/Gatherings/Events! Failure to comply might result in cancelation of your reservation without refund and extra charges added to your reservation!
NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED!
NO SMOKING! Breaking this rule will result in $500 fine
NO CANDLES!
NO GLASSWARE around the pool! Use provided plastic cups!
OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS: 10PM - 8AM
CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES! There are no baby gates around the pool. DO NOT leave kids unsupervised near the pool!!!
WE HAVE CAMERAS OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY! Please DO NOT COVER them!
Please do not access illegal websites or download anything using our WI-FI!
Please Park ONLY in front of the house!
*** To keep the property spotless and beautiful pool services are scheduled weekly, and lawn services twice a month!
Please respect check out in time! Extra charges will be applied to your reservation if you stay after 11AM!
*** Due to Florida warm climate and despite monthly pest control treatments you may come across insects during your stay.
The Royal House is professionally treated with pest control team on a monthly basis for pests that are common to the area and climate. Please understand that we don't have any control over what exists outside of the rental unit.

Looking for a quiet place near a family reunion, this retreat was well positioned, with everything we could need for our stay. Comfortable, welcoming, with common sense rules and no excessive guest chores. Well appointed, with thoughtfulness for what vacationers might need. I wasn't sure why a heated pool was needed in Florida, but discovered that it was much more comfortable than having to inch my way into frigid water.

It was quiet. Enjoyed the pool! Kitchen had most everything you would need. Ac worked great. There is some wood rot inside but was it was clean and thankfully close to our sons house.

As a family of 5 (3 kids under 6) we needed space and entertainment. This home was perfect. The home looks exactly like the pictures and descriptions. It's very well appointed with pool and beach toys. The manager made sure we had things for our little one. He answered questions within minutes. Will definitely be returning.
