Beautiful spacious apartment
Lovely spacious apartment in a great location. Would definitely hope to stay here again.
Guests should be provided with 2 keys to the front door as the door does not lock from the inside without a key. I had to be locked in, just in case I wouldn't be awake when the other guest returned. Also, the TV should be set up. It was far too complicated, and I couldn't work out how to have the normal TV channels. It would've been nice if there had been a radio we could've used. Where I stayed previously, they provided a pack that contained local taxi numbers, takeaway menus, supermarket, and restaurant information. This is definitely something you should consider doing.

Great find in a leafy, quiet area, close to the Centre of Wakfield
Lovely, clean, homely, comfy apartment, which is extremely well equipped to high standards. Perfect location, with amenities within walking distance. Excellent, clear & concise communication from the hosts. I would highly recommend this accommodation and will hopefully return in the future, subject to availability 😊.

Lovely spacious tastefully decorated apartment, perfectly placed, we would happily stay again
A clean, attractively furnished and spacious apartment, with many thoughtful additions, like usb points in rooms with cables, a huge TV, high ceilings, nice books, comfortable beds, crisp bedding and a secluded outdoors sitting place, the electric goods in the kitchen were all new and good quality. The crockery and glasses were equally modern and tasteful. One of the smarter areas of Wakefield, the flat is conveniently placed to walk in to the centre of town, with plenty of restaurants and bars available.
Not one to complain, but we did notice a few minor things. The bathroom door wouldn't lock or click shut, extractor fan needs cleaning by the weird sound it was making, nor was it clearly marked or in the reach of my wife and kids. No bottle opener for beer tops, not many glasses presumably due to previous guests and the Extendable Clothes Airer is mysteriously missing two legs, we stood it in the plant pot to dry our towels outside. Kitchen scissors would have been nice

Lovely apartment, good location for me. Well maintained and clean. Only issue I had was with wifi.
A lovely apartment. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Has everything you will need and is a very comfortable stay. Would recommend it for someone needing to stay in Wakefield in an easy to access location.
Could do with more lighting and signage as the door is round the back of the property (If you arrive at night you can't see the signage to the apartment - it's quite subtle). A torch is useful. I appreciate there can be issues with old and weird shaped buildings with wifi, but my experience with the wifi in the apartment was poor despite some excellent help from the host (who was brilliant!). Parking is plentiful but is on the road and has 2 permit only restrictions during the day - 10am-11am and 2pm-3pm. If you're planning on staying around during the day you may need to move your vehicle.
