The property is strategically located for convenience, particularly regarding dining options. Being adjacent to a convenience store—with over three others in the immediate vicinity—makes it exceptionally easy to source breakfast and daily necessities. Furthermore, the accommodation is within walking distance of the train station, situated only a few hundred meters away.
One drawback of this accommodation was the limited floor space, which made managing luggage particularly challenging. Due to the restricted layout, it was impractical for more than one person to access their belongings at the same time, necessitating a sequential approach that was quite inconvenient.

The location is good. Only 1 station away from ikebukuro and 3 mins walk from nearest station (kita-ikebukuro). The bed is comfortable as well. The owner replies fast to my inquiry. The service is good
Typically house in Japan is small in size. The toilet is small, and the water heater temperature somehow fluctuates sometime very hot and sometime turns very cold while you bathe. About the size I think a group of 6 people is nice for the house but 8 is quite crowded
