Two bedroom apartment moments from the Cristo beach Estepona

This is a lovely property, in a fantastic location alongside a swimming bay with calm waters. There are two fabulous beach bars serving fabulous food quite literally a two minute walk from the apartment. Fantastic walks along the costal boardwalk in both directions….close to the marina and a ‘doable’ walk into Estepona old town. The pool is clean and refreshing, with some loungers and a super clean poolside and garden area. The apartment was in pristine condition, a fully equipped kitchen, comfy sofa and beds, 2 great bathrooms, and a furnished terrace/large balcony plus a glasses in balcony off of the main bedroom. The air con was extremely efficient, the apartments is tastefully decorated, and everything worked as it should.

We liked everything about the property, it is however worth noting that there are quite a few steps to reach different levels, so even though one has full access to all floors in the lift/elevator once the initial stairs have been negotiated you do need to be able to use stairs to come up from the beach, or down from the Main Street. ….the partial answer to this is to drive the car into the garage and use the elevator from there to access your floor if you are a little less mobile(like me!). Also, as is noted in the description, the parking spot is pretty tight, if you have anything more than a small/medium size car it is a bit of a squeeze between the posts….and remember to turn your wing mirrors in before you try it. Again, this is not a criticism, simply an observation and reminder so people are aware of what you need to be able to manage🙂

Not enough information about equipment ie TV, cooker, heating, microwave...

The location was exactly what we were looking for over looking the beach- walking distance to the port & restaurants.
