About this apartment rental
Fantastic stylish apartment perfect for small families or couples wanting to stay right next to the beach, close to Estepona port and town centre. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a fully fitted kitchen and three balconies. This apartment has a high speed fibre optic WIFI connection and air-con units in all bedrooms and living room. The master bedroom has two single beds that can zip together to form a king size bed, with en-suite bathroom and balcony access. The second bedroom has a king size bed and also balcony access facing the street. The en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom has shower, bidet and toilet and also has radiating floors. The second en-suite bathroom provides a bath and overhead shower. The main south facing balcony area has a dining table for six guests ready to enjoy the morning sun and also a sunbed available. The living area has a dining table and seating for four guests and a high speed internet connection with an international TV streaming package for the 55" flat screen is also available. A fully fitted kitchen along with dishwasher and washing machine ready for your use. The urbanisation is small and very nicely built, well maintained with nice gardens and a large swimming pool available all year round. You may use the BBQ area next to the community swimming pool for an extra 10eur paid on arrival along with a communal Wifi connection. There is also secure parking spaces available inside the urbanisation and also direct access to the beach.

Stunning apartment, great location, lovely pool. Very close to beach and restaurants. A very relaxing holiday. My teenage boys loved it !

We had such a great time staying here. The apartment is huge, very well equipped and modern. The location is perfect with being close to the harbour, lots of restaurants and supermarkets. The pool is a good size with plenty of shade and sunbeds to relax on, plus a restroom near by to save having to go back to your apartment. There is direct access to the beach via some steps near the pool and through a secure gate. The host was easy to communicate with and helpful. Car parking is available on a first come first serve basis, but we never failed to get a spot. The car park is a little tight though. We'd definitely consider coming back one day.

Spacious well equipped apartment set in a quiet complex close to all the amenities. Loved Estapona, traditional old town with a good mix of restaurants.
