Such a cute set up. We were excited to stay somewhere different.
The heat was not staying in the tent properly so we froze all night

Architecture of tents & bathhouse
Out tent (G) was very dusty/lint as no other stay we had ever been to. As tired as we were & to not have to wait much longer to rest, in case someone could come do a bit of cleaning, I just used the vacuum, broom & swifter under beds & did it myself. Trash from previous tenants was still in large container in tent patio & I noticed it until next morning, although we took it to dumpster ourselves too, we worried about the risk for wildlife/racoons as specifically stated on instructions. I trusted that the linens which were badly fitted on beds were clean, but as we left out stay, we have several bug bites, so I am afraid I should not have trusted even the beds. Full size bed was pretty comfortable thou.

I really love the cozy little tent and the privacy. I like how when we pulled in late at night, the local P.D. was a crossed the street. Felt safe here. Thank you!
I hate how you can hear the highway. The other two members of my family love it though. To each their own.

Beautiful tent set up and area. We didn't meet any staff so just gave them 5 stars. They were responsive by text before we arrived.
We might have gone at the wrong time. The weather was too cold to sleep in a tent. It was so cold that we folded our comforters over to double them, and we were still shivering. The heater is placed at the front of the tent so heat doesn't reach the back, where the beds were. It's also right next to the highway and possibly the airport, because the noise from traffic and airplanes was nonstop.

We loved our stay. The bathrooms were a great touch to glamping.
How close the tents were to each other.

Everything was wonderful about the tents and facilities.
The only complaint my husband and I have is the location of bathrooms was up a steep hill. Because we are older with bad backs and knees it was a struggle getting up it multiple times a day. Several people complained about this issue while we were there. It would be nice to have golf carts available for each tent.

The views are amazing, the customer service is outstanding 100% best customer service I’ve experienced.
The only thing that was a little bit of a surprise was there was a life flight heli pad on site(or just the next lot over). They must have had a very busy night because they took off about 4 times during the night. This isn’t the fault of the property, and working in healthcare I truly get it.

We really enjoyed the tents, location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do/see.
Maybe some more cooking facilities or little campstoves would have been nice.. we like cooking our own food, don't like to have to eat out all the time, so a little stove of sorts would have been great!

Clean
The bathroom being at the top of the hill but in the online description it seemed as though the tents had one bathroom included.
Handicap family with us had a special needs daughter that wasn’t able to play a lot at the playground although it was a nice facility.

I loved the lodgings. They were comfortable, with plenty of room and the coffee station was great. The refrigerator/freezer was a great add on along with the microwave for a really nice stay. The extras added to the experience!! ❤️ I also liked that wood was provided, and that there was a campfire pit, as well as a grill.
I did not like that the bathrooms were uphill. They were not convenient for me or the other friend my age.

The property was a nice playground on it. The room was clean.
Oh boy; this was a disaster class. The tents, while claiming to have a kitchenette, have no sink. No running water for hand washing or toothbrushing, etc. The management company provides very little in supplies. The HVAC didn’t work so we spent a cold night with no heat. I called the 24hr emergency maintenance line, took 3 hrs to get a text back someone would look at it later. The tents are at the bottom of a steep slope so it is a workout to get there or haul firewood, etc. Trip hazards… everywhere. Me and my two kids went sprawling during the first few hours on property. The communal bathrooms get super wet outside the shower when you are trying to clean your kids. The pictures posted on the websites have been taken by fisheye-type lenses because once you are here, you will see everything is just a bit smaller than you expected. There is a very active train line just next to the property so you will hear the train going through multiple times during the night. No staff here onsite; unresponsive, unenthusiastic, not empathetic when you contact either them by phone or text to help. Skip this place!

Location was perfect. Bathrooms were clean. Linens were well stocked. It was a very inviting experience for my family of five. Cute decor. We had a blast staying in this safari tent.
I would remove some of the objects that take up valuable floor space. Maybe make a table that folds down and up when not in use that is connected to the wooden frames. Bathrooms could be a little bit closer to the tents. Each tent needed to race its own parking space right next to each tent for better access. That way luggage and such could be left in the car and more space available in the tent.

Apart from the lack of accessibility, everything was wonderful

Cleanliness, location, quick service, and privacy! I'm sure I'm forgetting a lot, this tent was awesome!!! The location was so close to the Ark and Creation Museum!!
Bathrooms being so far away. The heating was confusing, only until a tech guy came out to explain.

Beautifully decorated, clean, and fresh. Coffee bar was very well stocked.
The bath house/ restrooms were uphill from the tents. If someone had heart, lung or musculoskeletal issues it would be very difficult for them.
