It was very nice and clean. The only problem we had was the ice maker didn’t work. We tried to get it open to see if the ice was froze up inside but couldn’t do that so unfortunately we didn’t have ice. Other than that, everything else was nice.

It was a nice clean, quiet, and cozy place to stay! The porch was great! It has everything you need. It is close to the Ark and other amenities, but far enough out to be rural and quiet! We were all very comfortable.

This is a nice little house, just a few miles from the Ark. The only reason I rated at four stars instead of five is that the shower curtain has orange mold at the bottom, and what appears to be boogers crusted on the inside. Everything else was nice and clean. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds. This was a pleasant place for me and my family while we enjoyed The Ark and Williamstown.

The house was just as listed. I was surprised that it was supplied with everything we needed (paper towels/toilet paper/soap/shampoo/ EVERYTHING! Our gps took us the wrong way and I called the property manager and she stayed on the phone with me and walked us through directions until we pulled into the driveway. Loved the porch and the fact it was so close to the Ark Encounter.

An older property, the house has slope inside in two different directions. Multiple spiders inside the property. Those were the only negatives. Positives, location for the Ark Encounter could not be better, the kitchen is very well appointed with everything needed. Privacy was excellent and the kids (teens) loved the fireflies. The dehumidifier was very nice to have. UNO was fun, a few more games might be nice, but that could be hard to do. Communication was excellent with the hostess. I think we are all used to hotels and taking out the trash might have been a bit of a surprise responsibly, just for us.

This house is about a mile from the Ark so it is very convenient. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom met our needs but it would have been nice to have another half or full bath. The living room and kitchen had plenty of space and the table was nice to play games on. We commend the follow places to eat: Mexican restaurant next to Ark, Edwardo Pizza, Cattleman’s Roadhouse and The Bean. The host of the house was very responsive and helpful. We would recommend this house and would stay again if we come back to the Ark.

The house was nice and cozy, however when we arrived the house smelled very musty inside. There were also a few dishes that we found that were dirty/greasy that were in cabinets. The beds were pretty comfy and had adequate blankets/pillows. The shower also has very good hot water and water pressure but lacks a little in the shower head quality as it more so feels like being sprayed with a broken garden hose... Overall not a bad place to stay but could use some attention to the noted details

We were taking a weekend to see the Ark Encounter. This home is about 2 minutes from the Ark Encounter and was perfect for that. We only stayed 2 nights and weren't at the home much, but it was nice to have that added space for each kid to have their own room. The only downfall for us is we wished there was a tv in the bedrooms. When there is a wide age gap in the kids and then us adults, we all wanted to just have a bit to lay in bed and unwind watching tv for a few minutes after a long day.

Overall: the property met our basic needs and is much better than staying at a hotel (with one big room with 2 queens) with two children under 3. Pros: location to ark, easy to check in/out, well stocked with necessities (bonus: first aid kit, shampoo/condition/soap, tp, paper towel), toys for littles, tidy property Cons: not necessarily “clean” floors for crawling babies

The property was clean. It had a slight musty smell. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the deck immensly. It was nice and quite and sitting out on deck every morning with a cup of coffee was very relaxing. If we every head back to kentucky I would like to stay there again.

We absolutely loved sitting on the porch listening to all the birds in the mornings! Location was slightly hard to find at first as the gps sent us to a different locale without a house but we eventually got there. The hill it’s up is steep but we managed in a minivan; anyone with larger vehicle might drag bottom in spots. House was decently stocked; we did lack an ice cream scoop and extra pizza pan but we managed. We also had to contact the property manager for a plunger but she was quick to answer and guide us to where we could find one. Would suggest clocks in the bedrooms to be helpful with the time zone as we came from a different one and not all parties in bedrooms had phones to know what time it was or for an alarm. Overall pleasant stay and just enough room to spread out and enjoy. Thank you!
