Clean, very well supplied except for towels. We were given 8 towels for 5 people with a 4 night stay. Otherwise a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The manager provided all the necessary information to check in easily. The house was spotless! They provided good information about local restaurants and activities. The beds were comfortable. The area was very quiet and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck and relaxing. I would highly recommend this property.

We got there and the house was nice and cool. There were plenty of towels for everyone. The beds were soft and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quite peaceful it had been raining so we enjoyed sitting out on the deck where it was nice and cool. House was clean. Contact person was on top of things. The grandkids really enjoyed the place. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. There wasn’t anywhere to unpack clothes. Also was no access to a washer and dryer.

I like the country setting, though close to town. The family water park was a hit for the 3 children. It's free, and we were the only ppl there. Edwardo's pizza was delicious. The Ark Encounter was only 10 minutes away. The RV market was very inexpensive and had good choices of food. Great trip!

The neighborhood was very quiet and well kept so we felt safe. The home was clean and well stocked. Property manager was great to work with. I needed her within the first 15 minutes upon arrival (my own fault- no problem) and she responded immediately! The water was good and hot in the shower too! The ONLY negative is the washer and dryer being downstairs. If your knees aren’t good, this could be a problem! I saw it in the pics and booked anyway so that’s my fault too! But it worked out! All is good and I would recommend the home!

Nice quiet nice neighborhood.The house was clean.The beds were very comfortable. Less than 3 miles from the Ark. Only suggestion is to have small dressers in the bedrooms or a stand for suitcases. Had to open and set it on the dloor.

Very nice indeed! We enjoyed games (some are provided- we had brought some) on the front porch table. The greenery outside is wonderful and watching the fireflies was great! Everything worked-everything was clean-couch was comfortable, extra linens if you needed them.... and very close to the Ark Encounter! Nothing extravagant, just a relaxing clean and comfortable home that we enjoyed! Hope to come back soon! PS... Gina is the best to work with!

We really liked our stay! The location was great for access to the Ark Encounter! The GPS directions to get there were a little tough to figure out due to a road being closed but we made it. The house was well stocked and very clean but my only suggestion would be that it could use window coverings, such as blackout curtains, in the bedrooms.

We absolutely loved staying here! The house was spotless and it had everything we needed for our short stay. We were just in town visiting the Ark and it was only 5 minutes from there. We also enjoyed Edwardos Pizza which is right down the road. If we are ever in the are again, we will book this house again!

We had a great stay. Property was very clean and accommodating. It was absolutely what my family needed to enjoy our stay in Kentucky, while visiting the Ark. There was also a deer in the yard one evening as we returned home. Very quiet and peaceful area with lots of beautiful old houses.

This is the perfect location to sit back and relax in the rolling hills of KY. It’s ideal for visiting the Ark, which is only a 10-15 min drive (no interstate needed!). Lush green grass in the yard for the kids to play. Wonderful deck to enjoy the mountain breeze. It was a wonderful stay.

This house was a great size and in a beautiful location. So close to the Ark Encounter as well as good spots to eat. Dry Ridge is minutes away, cute little town to visit also! Property manager was easy to communicate with and we had no issues. The 3 bedrooms were a perfect size and the beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. A few friendly suggestions, adding bedside lamps and updating the ceiling fans, they are pretty noisy and do not circulate air very well. It was raining really hard when we left on Sunday, the gutters overtop of the front door were clogged sending a waterfall over that entrance. Our mom is handicapped so it was the only way in and out for her. Over by the deck, where the side entrance is became a pond, making it equally difficult to enter and exit the house during the rainstorm. Flooding like that can cause damage to the foundation at that corner, so it definitely would behoove being fixed. Overall, great house to stay and would highly recommend. If we do plan on another visit to the Ark, we would definitely stay again!

Property is an older 3 bedroom home that has been nicely renovated. It is spacious and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with all appliances, dishes, utensils, cookware, and a large kitchen table for eating and family board games. Also has a drip coffee maker, coffee and filters. Only one bathroom but it worked well for us. Plenty of fresh towels. There is a large side deck with grill also. Property manager was very nice and easy to reach.

Highly recommended VRBO rental. Also, note that this location is less 10 minutes from the Ark,.....and 40 minutes to the Creation Museum.

Our stay was wonderful! It was clean and in a perfect location to get to the Ark. I would have felt safer if there was a way to lock all the doors from the inside with some door guards or something equivalent. As an example, there was no way to lock the hallway basement door from the inside but it could be opened from the other side. We did have family also visiting the area that would come over during the day which resulted in a message from the property manager with the implication we weren’t being truthful about who was staying at the property. I can understand the owner’s perspective but the issue was ultimately resolved promptly without further incident. Overall, it was a great trip and our host was responsive. I would recommend it for your next vacation.
