The accommodation is very quaint and with a hostel feel about it. The host is very friendly and welcoming. It is a little way from restaurants etc if you don’t have transport. Don’t worry though the host provides a magnificent eating experience cooking two types of choices for dinner and a very filling breakfast. As mentioned this is all served communally. Worth a visit especially for pilgrims and cyclists.

This was one of our most memorably stays in Japan. Our Host was exceptional and charming. Rooms and facilities were well organised and spacious. A little off the Henro path but the walk there was charming and our host drove us back to the Henro rout in the morning. My room had a beautiful sunset view over a valley of rice fields, in the morning the hanging mist was also so nice.
The inn is a 100 year old farm house and the host is younger and less formal. For us, this was delightful but it stands in contrast to the more formal routines of most accommodations.

ホスピタリティが素晴らしいです。ご飯も美味しい。田んぼを眺めながらハンモックに揺られるのが気持ちいい。何より他のお客さんやオーナーと色々な話ができて楽しかったです。
