Capsule Hostel Beppu Tower

A truly wonderful and unforgettable experience. This hostel was much more than just a place to sleep — it was a place where I found peace in the middle of a storm. During my stay, I lost my documents, and the staff were there for me every step of the way. They helped me with incredible patience and kindness, and they even personally accompanied me to the police station to help me deal with the situation. That gesture meant so much to me, and I will never forget it. The hostel is in a great location, everything is spotlessly clean and well cared for, but what truly makes this place special are the people who work here. Their smiles every day, their kindness, and the way they make you feel safe and cared for are extraordinary. After some difficult days, sleeping here felt like finding a little refuge of peace and tranquility. I felt welcomed, cared for, and safe. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything. I will leave with such a beautiful memory of this place, and above all, of the wonderful people who made my stay so special. ❤️
