Excellent and friendly staff, great location in Beppu (close to train, bus, restaurants, CBD). Comfy firm bed, good AC/ventilation. And the best part, an amazing dry sauna that's clean and proper hot (90C) plus a cold plunge pool. I'm part Finn so I know a good sauna when I see one! Amazing value and without a doubt would stay here again!
Some guests in a neighbouring room came back very late (4am) and were not considerate at all of being quiet, especially with talking and constant door closing/locking that seemed to last for 30 minutes. Guests using the kitchen should also be more considerate of the messes they leave behind, and clean up after themselves especially if they cooked greasy or messy foods.

Clean, convenient, and not far from the station.

Was nice!
Unfortunately got a room without a window which felt a bit like a prison room. But since we only were really there to sleep, it was okay :) For the price definitely alright.
