The house itself is well designed and even the location is fine (15m to main road and taxis will come and pick you up as it’s close to a well known resort…) - the pool is nice as well as the view..

Unfortunately, the place needs a proper clean, a fresh lick of paint and is missing some essentials such as curtains (meaning you’ll wake up every day at 0630…) - the trash wasn’t picked up, then the toilets were pretty disgusting and smelled a lot which didn’t make it fit the price bracket… the fact that they are charging 8thb per KwH is also not cool - a management company shouldn’t be allowed to charge so much versus the default government rate… little things like broken towel hangers, broken coffee machine etc just show that this place needs more management before it’s marketed as luxury Villa …

Die Unterkunft bietet einen echt schönen Ausblick. Sie bietet ebenso genügend Platz und in jedem Raum gab es eine Klimaanlage. Zur Kommunikation wurde im Vorfeld eine Whatsapp Gruppe eröffnet, welche eine reibungslose Kommunikation zwischen Vermieter, dessen Angestellten und uns als Gästen sicherstellte.

Bei Ankunft musste man einen zusätzlichen Vertrag unterschreiben. In diesem wurden Stromkosten ausgewiesen, welche nicht in der Buchung enthalten waren. Der Preis pro Kilowattstunde wurde vom Vermieter selber festgelegt. Bei der Abrechnung wurden uns dann für 6 Tage Aufenthalt 283 Kilowattstunden in Rechnung gestellt. Laut unserer Ansicht und Recherchen dürfe sich der Verbrauch gerade mal auf 28,3 belaufen (die Kommastelle wurde als volle Kilowattstunde berechnet). Daher wurde uns ein viel zu hoher Betrag in Rechnung gestellt. Nach mehrmaligen verhandeln bzw. Rücksprache mit den Angestellten und dem Vermieter, haben wir einen Rabatt erhalten. Begründet wurde dieser allerdings mit dem Stromausfall, welchen wir am letzten Tag noch zusätzlich hatten.
