MAONA VILLA PGJyPg PGJyPg Welcome to Maona Villa, a brand new Balinese-style villa in a prime location in Bophut, just a 10-minute walk from the famous Fisherman's Village and its beach 🌴 PGJyPg PGJyPg Enjoy the privacy of a private villa while remaining close to one of Koh Samui's most popular areas, with its many restaurants, cafes, massage parlors, shops, and services. THE VILLA PGJyPg PGJyPg Maona Villa features three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, as well as a beautiful living area opening onto the pool private. Each room is equipped with a king-size bed, a 65-inch Smart TV, and electric curtains. Please note: electric curtains are only installed in the bedrooms. The living room does not have curtains. The living room has an 85-inch Smart TV and a dining area with a table and six chairs. The villa is fully air-conditioned and each room also has a ceiling fan. FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN The kitchen at Mona Villa is fully equipped in a European style to offer you all the necessary comforts, especially for short or long stays. It includes: Dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, Microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. PRIVATE POOL Maona Villa features a private saltwater pool with integrated "Starlight" lighting in the pool floor, as well as an outdoor shower. Pool maintenance is provided once a week and is included in the stay. LAUNDRY AND STORAGE The villa has separate storage space including a washer-dryer, allowing you to easily wash and dry your laundry while you stay. PGJyPg Airport Transfer PGJyPg An airport transfer can be arranged for a fee between 500 and 600 baht, depending on the number of people. PGJyPg PGJyPg OUTDOOR CAMERAS PGJyPg PGJyPg For the security of the property, cameras are installed in the outdoor areas. PGJyPg PGJyPg The cameras can be deactivated during your stay. PGJyPg PGJyPg IMPORTANT INFORMATION PGJyPg PGJyPg Please note: a neighboring villa is currently being finished. To date there is no noise pollution, as the building is separated from the villa by another property. We simply prefer to inform you for the sake of transparency, as slight construction noises may occasionally be perceptible during certain stages of the work, particularly with windows open. Property Rules: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Durian is strictly prohibited throughout the property, both inside and outside the villa. Cannabis is strictly prohibited throughout the property, both inside and outside the villa. Occasional water or electricity outages may occur on the island. These situations are beyond our control. YOUR ARRIVAL AT MAONA VILLA We want your stay to begin in the best possible conditions. Upon arrival, you will be offered a small welcome pack with some essentials: coffee, tea, chocolate, fruit, shampoo, and other basic necessities. This is a thoughtful touch to get you started. You can then add to the supplies as needed throughout your stay, according to your habits and preferences.
