KALAPA VILLA PGJyPg PGJyPg Welcome to Kalapa Villa, a brand new Balinese-style villa in a prime location in Bophut, just a 10-minute walk from the famous Fisherman's Village and its beach 🌴 PGJyPg PGJyPg Enjoy the privacy of a private villa while remaining close to one of Koh Samui's most popular areas, with its many restaurants, cafes, massage parlors, shops, and services. THE VILLA PGJyPg PGJyPg Kalapa Villa features three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, as well as a beautiful living area opening onto the pool private. Each room is equipped with a king-size bed, a 65-inch Smart TV, and electric curtains. Please note: electric curtains are only installed in the bedrooms. The living room does not have curtains. The living room has an 85-inch Smart TV and a dining area with a table and six chairs. The villa is fully air-conditioned and each room also has a ceiling fan. FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN The kitchen at Kalapa Villa is fully equipped in a European style to offer you all the necessary comforts, especially for short or long stays. It includes: Dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, Microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. PRIVATE POOL Kalapa Villa features a private saltwater pool with integrated "Starlight" lighting in the pool floor, as well as an outdoor shower. Pool maintenance is provided once a week and is included in the stay. LAUNDRY AND STORAGE The villa has separate storage space including a washer-dryer, allowing you to easily wash and dry your laundry while you stay. The work may cause noise disturbances during the day, generally between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, as well as occasional temporary overlooking.
