About this villa rental

300 m from the emblematic village of bophut, "fisher man village" and its white sandy beach, the villa PALAPA is located in a very quiet residential area in the middle of a green setting.
this fully enclosed haven of peace has a nearly 80m2 swimming pool with different water levels and a "jacuzzi".
breakfast is included in the rental price. unlimited coffee, tea and mineral water throughout the day.

A perfect Villa for a large group of mixed ages - lovely shared area to eat / mingle, fantastic pool and sufficient bedrooms for everyone - thank you for a wonderful stay

Amazing villa. However, we were told upon arrival that we were charged on top of what we had paid for electricity by usage. The host shows us his guide book of rules, which mentions 7thb per kW. Funny enough, if you flip around and come across the instructions in Chinese, it clearly states 5thb per kW instead. My friends and I were charged ~6000thb at the end of our stay and the host refused to put the charge on the card and insisted on a cash payment...
