We had a great time (it was already our second visit to Maison Welkom)!

Beautiful house close to the beach, clean and comfortable.

A floor lamp for indirect lighting in the living room might be a nice addition to the furniture.

Charming and modern apartment in a great location

The apartment has a lot of history and is beautifully restored with lots of modern features. The kitchen was very well equipped. We stayed during Christmas and there was even a Christmas tree and some decorations, which made it feel very warmly and welcome. The location is excellent in a quiet street, but close to the beach, the tram and the city. The car can be parked in front of or in the garage. It was great to have two separate bathrooms. The downstairs toilet is in its own room, whereas the shower and sink are within the bedroom. The upstairs bathroom is completely separate from the upstairs bedroom.

The soundproofing within the house is not the best (likely given its old history), if you are sleeping in the downstairs bedroom, you will hear the people walking upstairs in the kitchen. As we stayed as a family, it was not really a problem, since we wanted to get up all at the same time anyway.

J'ai aimé le calme de la villa, sa situation proche de tout, proche de la plage, sa décoration simple et chic. Le confort du salon, des chambres, l'électroménager tout était parfait

Le seul minuscule bémol, était les escaliers un peu raides pour mes vieux genoux et qu'il n'y avait pas de toilette au niveau de la cuisine, salle à manger et salon.

Een aanrader

Rustig gelegen in mooie Dumontwijk op wandelafstand van het strand. De villa is heel verzorgd, proper en comfortabel. Communicatie met Westkust villa's loopt heel vlot. Wel rekening houden met 2 trappen om de slaapkamers te bereiken: 1 slaapkamer met badkamer is via de trap naar beneden. De 2de slaapkamer, ook met badkamer bereik je via de trap naar boven. Dit vormt zeker geen probleem indien je mobiel bent. Alles is aanwezig, zelfs wasmachine in de garage! Kortom een aanrader voor een verblijf in De Panne.

Even probleem met Wifi. Maar werd snel opgelost.

Geweldige, ontspannen week gehad In een mooi huis.

Fijn vakantiehuis met goede ligging op een paar minuten lopen van het strand. Schoon en alles aanwezig, lekkere bedden. Leuke week gehad.
