Best location, best view - great also for not perfect weather.

Very nice apparmtent with a lot of light. Even with bad weather did we enjoy the amazing views and terraces. Entrance from the garage via elivator is easy, if you stay in the garage. High-quality kitchen appliances with induction cooker (AEG). All beds were made and towels provided. Also soaps and toilet paper egnough for the beginning. Thank you for the nice week in De Panne. We surely will come back. Great to have a garage - that is why we also choose this appartment. You need to know that the entrance in this part of the huge beach garage is only possible with cars height max 1,90 m (better less) and also the angle of entry to the lower parking floor, where this garage is situated, is not possible for low cars (sports cars – only with lift function) and the 4 bumpers to slow down are very high.

Unfortunately did the normal cleaning service (maybe as of end of season) not do a great job; the on short term called exchange cleaning angles supported fast. The dishwasher, drawers, cutlery, did I cleaned myself, as I hadn't checked everything straight away and then had to feed the children. Most of it was short term dirt, easy to clean. I am sure this will be solved next time by the nice staff.

🇩🇪 Bewertung auf Deutsch Das Apartment ist wirklich großartig! Die Lage ist top – zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet, modern, komfortabel und es fehlt an nichts. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch, und es gibt sogar eine Spülmaschine. Besonders praktisch sind die zwei Toiletten. Die Betten sind sehr bequem – man schläft wunderbar und hört keinen Lärm von draußen oder aus dem Haus. Auch der Parkplatz ist ein großes Plus: Man kann direkt vom Parkplatz bis zur Etage fahren, auf der sich das Apartment befindet. Alles in allem ein tolles Apartment, das ich absolut weiterempfehlen kann! 🇫🇷 Avis en français L’appartement est vraiment superbe ! L’emplacement est idéal – central tout en restant calme. Il est très joliment décoré, moderne, confortable et parfaitement équipé. La vue est magnifique, et il y a même un lave-vaisselle. Les deux toilettes sont très pratiques. Les lits sont très confortables – on y dort très bien et il n’y a aucun bruit, ni de l’extérieur ni dans l’immeuble. Le parking est aussi un vrai atout : on peut accéder directement à l’étage de l’appartement depuis le parking. En résumé, un excellent appartement que je recommande sans hésitation

Wij hadden er een fantastisch verlof met zijn allen ( 4 volwassenen en een kindle van 1 jaar)

Een zeer goed gelegen appartement met veel lichtinval en zeer goed zicht op het strand en de zee. Appartement is goed voorzien van alle nodige middelen en heeft een voldoende grote garage onder het gebouw voor het stallen van een normale auto - SUV. Zeer goede grote bedden op 2 slaapkamers en 1 slaapkamer heeft een eigen lavabo en douche en er is bovendien ook nog een appart toilet.

De buitenkant van de ramen en de ballustrade van het terras alsook de terrasvloer waren bij onze aankomst vuil. Dit doet niets af aan de kwaliteit van het appartement maar is toch een puntje waar men rekening mee moet houden.

Sehr netter Empfang und Einweisung vor Ort. (Thanks again, Kathe!) Gemütliche, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Wunderschöner Ausblick und perfekte Lage. Kein Parkplatz-Stress durch festen Platz in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage. Aufzug fährt von dort aus bis vor die Wohnungstür.

Das Problem mit dem üblen Geruch wurde leider immer noch nicht dauerhaft beseitigt. Die Dusche und die Badewanne sind sehr rutschig. Insbesondere für ältere Menschen kann das gefährlich sein.
