Mooie start van 2026 in dit appartement!

Fijn appartement met een goed uitgeruste keuken, ideaal om hapjes te bereiden op Oudejaarsavond. Bovendien bevindt het gebouw zich op de dijk, waardoor je snel een frisse neus kunt halen. Bedden waren ook comfortabel!

Eén klein minpuntje: het koffiezetapparaat werkt met van die aluminium capsules, en die waren er niet. Aangezien we dat thuis niet hebben, wilde ik die nu ook niet aankopen.

Un endroit à retenir sans hésitation

L’emplacement et l’espace de l’appartement. C’est très bien entretenu. Propre de A à Z. Rien à reprocher.

Je pense que moyennant un supplément, avoir les draps de lit et housse de couette + essuies de bain pourraient apporter un autre confort sans devoir venir avec ses propres affaires.

Goeie locatie, proper en modern appartement met alle nodige voorzieningen. Vlak aan de dijk.

Snelle en duidelijke communicatie met de host. Alles was volgens de doorgestuurde richtlijnen. Enkel heel kleine opmerking: als je de lift uitstapt is het niet rechtsaf en terug rechtsaf, maar linksaf en terug de eerste gang linksaf. Nu was dat wel heel snel duidelijk omdat je niet anders kon dan linksaf :-)

De vloer had properder gekunnen bij aankomst. De kinderen hebben even op sokken rondgelopen en die zagen al vrij snel donker en vuil van op de vloer rond te lopen. Daar kan de host zelf weinig aan doen, maar mss wel eens een woordje overleg met de poetsdienst hebben, zodat ze daar beter op moeten letten en al eens een keer sneller moeten dweilen? Er lagen ook twee vuile handdoeken in de keuken, gebruikte spons en een vod. Een handdoek zelfs met verf aan en ze hadden een serieus geurtje. Spoelbakje in het toilet liep net af en er lag haar in :( . Qua hygiëne was het voor ons een minder fijne ervaring.

Ein toller Kurzurlaub in einer tollen Wohnung

Die Lage ist großartig. Tram und alles was man so braucht in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Informationen vom Vermieter waren so ausführlich, dass man sich direkt gut zurecht fand. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden und die Möbel waren sehr bequem.

Es ist ein bisschen schwierig, wenn man mit mehreren Personen da ist, aber nur ein Schlüssel vorhanden ist.

Bel appartement bien équipé et proche de la mer

Appartement très bien situé dans une rue perpendiculaire à Zeedijk donc super proche de la mer. L'appartement est très bien équipé et convenait pour nous 6 adultes. Merci pour l'attention à notre arrivée.

La communication avec l'hôte n'a pas toujours été fluide que ce soit via la messagerie ou via SMS. Dommage qu'il n'y a pas de possibilité de laisser les bagages quelques part à l'arrivée ainsi que après le départ car ayant fait le trajet en train, cela aurait été bien utile pour profiter davantage. Le délais de restitution de la caution est également un peu long.

L’appartement est vraiment bien situé, pas loin de la digue, ni du centre. Il est vraiment bien équipé. Le plus est évidemment la terrasse bien exposée et à l’abri du vent, idéale pour les apéros. Meublé avec beaucoup de goût . Literie très bonne. Présence du matériel pour bébé (lit et chaise)

Attention, il n’y a qu’une salle de bain, mais avec bain et douche. WC à part. Cela ne nous a pas posé problème car nous étions une seule famille.
