We loved the apartment. The area is quiet yet easily accessible and feels very genuine. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped. Communication from the host was very clear and transparent. Honestly, we hope to come back another day for longer.
Nothing to complain about. The default check out time of 10am is quite early.

It was very close to the Vatican and was very clean and safe. The owner remembered that when I booked it, I asked for a taxi on the morning we needed to be at the airport early and he made the arrangements for us and even confirmed with me that we were picked up at 6:30am. We were very comfortable there.
Restaurants were quite a walk away, but we could have brought take out food or groceries.
