Price on point & location great. Park the car and walk to town & beach.
Provision of cleaning products for kitchen, bathroom & laundry a plus.
No AC in main part of house.
Microwave display does not work so it was hard to work out menu functions.
No oven.
Council Bin had not been collected so it was already full before even stayed.
Attention needs to be given to fixing the holes in the lawn they are quite deep and not visible until you step in them.

Close to the beach. Very quiet location.

Comfy lounge and beds
No oven in the fully equipped kitchen
Too many doorways without actual doors. (No bedroom privacy)
No lock on bathroom door (privacy)
If we had a large car there would have been no where to park except on the lawn
The front entrance steps are a safety hazard - especially when arriving at night.
