The location by the ocean was perfect! It was a perfect halfway point to sleep and snorkel on Great Keppel Island before heading north to the Whitsundays!
Our son found the single bed squeaky, there was no tissue (kleenex), paper towel or napkins to use when eating. I didn't realize it was a realtor rental so expected the person who emailed me to give more direction on how to access the lock box to get into the rental. When calling the number upon our arrival to get into the home they seemed surprised that we were coming...confused me and it didn't seem organized.

Great location.
1 toilet roll for a family of 6 for 2 nights is not enough. Too many signs everywhere. No table inside to eat dinner. There was a table on the verandah but it was a little cold to be sitting outside to eat dinner.
