Location right across the road frok beach access, Emu Park beaches are nicer than Yeppoon and brilliant playgrounds and parks, house has lots of rooms and beds for large family or families, great big deck overlooking the water, quiet and peaceful.
House was a little dusty though easy to air out, we replaced the batteries in the tv remote and coukdnt get the dvd player to work for the many kids movies there, could've just been us.

Been close to the ocean We have a boat so can keep a eye on the ocean conditions walking distance to beach pub and shop
Fridge a problem. Even turned up to high. Food and drinks were gaining condensation. We read notes. And had blind in kitchen down and closed

The location was excellent. The house was large and we loved the outdoor entertainment space
